She has studied Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Asheville and is completing her Bachelor's in Psychology at Walden University. She lives in Columbus, North Carolina with her husband and granddaughter. She is the mother of 8 children, five of whom she taught how to read, and has 2 grandchildren.
