A decade later Chuck, fresh from The Wharton School, builds a mortuary empire beginning in Florida. With his financial success, Chuck, aided by a former prof and a gay war correspondent, takes on two new projects. First, he creates a medical center as a memorial to his father. Then, avoiding a wise-guy faction from Miami in search of a laundry facility, he launches a new acquisition program in an industry in even greater need of improvement. The combined ventures make up his final undertaking. About the Author Bill Annett was a writing brat, his father a regular Saturday Evening Post contributor. Born in Fort Lee, New Jersey and exposed to NYU and The Wharton School, Bill received his olive drab education at Fort Dix. When he was 18, his first short story was published in an anthology. He tried to go straight on Wall Street, but relapsed into financial writing, with a rap sheet listing five books including a tell-all about the securities industry and a page-turner on mutual funds. He hid out in Canada for many years, but now lives somewhere in Florida. The Final Undertaking is his first novel and may be his final undertaking.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Mia Karts","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":51952454762784,"sku":"NEW0741433931","price":19.14,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/miakarts.com\/products\/the-final-undertaking-0741433931","provider":"Miakarts Books","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
