This story is about an American environmental consultant, who is torn from his comfortable life in the United States and cast into the danger and intrigue of a field agent for the National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency in the South Pacific. Events beyond his control carry him to remote corners of the Far East, while he seeks to restructure his life and establish a network of friends. This is a work of fiction; however, the geography and science behind the events are factual and may provide the reader with a greater understanding of the real and potential environmental disasters facing the world today.
