This book is ideal for anyone considering an enlistment in the United States Marine Corps., and anyone currently serving on their first enlistment or second enlistment. Corporals and non-NCOs rarely have direct contact with senior enlisted Marines. There are usually at least 2 or 3 layers of leadership between them. Hard Corps Knowledge attempts to pass on a unique and personal insight from a senior enlisted Marine to Corporals and below, simulating a year or two of experience gained from working closely with a Master Sergeant, First Sergeant, Sergeant Major or Master Gunnery Sergeant. The hope is to provide actionable ideas that you can implement to positively affect your career, starting today.
