Product Description When we lose a loved one, we are overwhelmed with grief, denial, abandonment, and anxiety. Gods comfort does help to ease the pain, but only time will heal the wounds. The loss leaves a hole in our soul where our loved ones once occupied the space. We search for answers to our questions. While some aspects of grief are common to all, the grieving process is a uniquely individual experience. The following stories are about four souls I have loved and lost. The most comforting thought God has given me is that I will see them all again one day in the future. About the Author Glenn Jacobson is the writer and author of Walking Through the Park, The Plight of Dolphins: When Humans Get In the Way, Heaven by the Sea, Paradise in Texas, and Till Death Do You Part?, as well as a collection of short stories called Dog Tales. He had articles published in both college newspapers and The Smithville Times as a contributing columnist. For three years, Mr. Jacobson conducted field research in non-point source pollution for the City of Austin, Texas, which led to his being named as Co-Researcher on a grant from the City of Austin with Dr. Steve Ziser (1993). He achieved membership into Phi Theta Kappa, The National Deans List and Who's Who In American Junior Colleges. He was also accepted into The Space Life Sciences Training Program (SLSTP) at NASA's Kennedy Space Center (1992). While he was educated by attending Austin Community College, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Florida A&M and the University of Texas at Austin, he chooses to attack life by asking God for guidance, hard work and facing life head on as it comes. His writing is inspirational and salty.
