The combined efforts of ex- New York lawyer Randall Penn and his friends in the criminal justice system in Miami are not sure what they finally have their arms around when they begin to close in on the desperate duo. What starts in one direction for master sleuth Penn quickly turns 180 degrees in another direction widening the distance between being caught and getting away with murder. After months of cat and mouse near misses law enforcement in a combined intelligence coup travels to an island paradise in the Bahamas with hopes of a capture. Attorney ONeil and his financier Gianno are unaware that their impeccable plan is on a collision course with an ex-attorney turned DEA director working his first major criminal assignment.
