The Rosh Hashanah Yom Kippur Survival Kit is an easy to use guide to the High Holiday services. The Survival Kit goes to synagogue with you and allows you to -
-Understand the prayers before saying them
-Appreciate the hidden meaning behind the sounds of the Shofar
-Gain insights into how to use Yom Kippur as an opportunity for personal growth.

This book has been written for two types of people - those who are not planning to attend services this year and those who are. if you are not planning to attend services you will find that the Survival Kit will present a radically different and relevant understanding of the holidays and perhaps your entire Jewish identity. Likewise, if you are planning to attend services but often find that the prayers and observances are not as meaningful as you would like, then again, this book is for you. Wherever you will be for the High Holidays, the Survival Kit will be an invaluable intellectual and spiritual supplement to your experience of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

In a world where people carefully consider which activities will fill their free-time you had better give them a good reason for choosing High Holiday services over the World Series, or quite frankly - you don't stand a chance..."
