Run The Rivers With Lewis and Clark is an accurate historical account of the journey of young Americas Corps of Discovery. The Author, Cindy Compton, is an Idaho school teacher who was looking for a resource which could be used to supplement her Idaho History lessons and present the story in a condensed, yet concise manner. Mrs. Compton found that there really wasnt any such thing available, so decided to research and write the story herself. Drawing on the original journals as well as the research and writings of many Lewis and Clark scholars, this book is perfect for students and families.
