Rescued as an abandoned young pup, Wiley was enjoying the good life with a family who loved him until an accidental fall out the window of their car totally changed his world. Realizing that he and his new cell mates' lives are in danger, Wiley organizes a daring escape. Up against a sinister adversary, Wiley decides to form the Blue Collar Gang to rescue other lost dogs before they disappear forever.
