Product Description When Michael Goodroute receives a box of paints from his Uncle Dom, he never dreams that he will both create a strange world ... and become sucked up into it. That's exactly what happens when Michael accidentally throws paint at his wall and it takes the form of the fabled Chimera - part lion, part goat and part dragon. Michael, the Chimera and a mysterious pretty girl must resolve an ancient conflict, begun centuries earlier, or risk being trapped in a painting forever. About the Author Timothy James Plant was born in Burton-upon-Trent, England in 1943, and studied at St. Edwards School, Oxford, until the age of 16. He later attended the University of Colorado in Boulder, where he had his first literary experience, writing play revues for the Colorado Daily. He spent many years painting murals on a professional basis, and his book on this subject, Painted Illusions, is published and currently available in the UK and USA. He is married to the Brazilian artist Ana Maria Lampreia, and they now spend most of their time between the UK, Italy and Brazil.
