Product Description KiddiVersity's Rhyming Book is more than just a book of rhymes. It is a tool. While you and your baby are having fun through the sing song movement of rhyming words, your baby is learning about pronunciation, identification and appearance of the word. Hearing rhyming words help to build pre reading skills that help children decode words in context. Learning word families that sound the same help children interpret words in text. For example, if a child knows the word bat, they will likely be able to figure out words such as act, hat, sat, mat and so on. Situations presented in the rhymes provide children with the added ability to appreciate and begin to recognize humor. Enjoy this simple and funny one sentence, per page rhyming book, highlighting specific words and colorful images. This book contains the words from KiddiVersity's KiddiCards Modules 5 & 6: BODY PARTS AND ACTION WORDS.
