Most in-stock orders are shipped the same day they are placed, while orders made or paid for after business hours are dispatched the next business day. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. International shipments may take 7–21 business days. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available, with tracking updates provided every step of the way.

To safeguard your purchase, we may occasionally verify payment information before processing your order. Orders exceeding $250 require a signature upon delivery to ensure your items reach you securely.

Customs & Duties for International Orders

As the recipient of an international order, you are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your destination country. International orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are payable by the recipient upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control, and we cannot predict the amount or timing of such fees.

Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. If customs clearance is required, it could delay your order. For further details, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please note that international shipping fees are estimated and will be finalized during order processing.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process and will be issued to the original payment method.

At this time, international orders are not eligible for warranty. If a book is returned in worse condition than it was sent, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
