In the 1970s, the infamous Harvard psychologist, Dr. Timothy Leary, developed the 8-Circuit Model of Consciousness-a framework that maps the dimensions of human consciousness from the ordinary to the transpersonal. However, much of Learys best work, including the 8-Circuit Model, were overshadowed by his reputation as a counterculture firebrand. Fortunately, the model has lived on through the works of Robert Anton Wilson and Antero Alli. Now, with the renewed interest in psychedelics and other non-ordinary states of consciousness, 8-Circuit Ascension makes this model available to a wider audience, and updates the model with current research in neuroscience; developmental and transpersonal psychology; and psychedelic research and practice. 8-Circuit Ascension is a guidebook for healing, self-exploration, integration, and evolution, and provides the tools to guide yourself and others on their journeys.
