About the Author Forrest Bowman Jr. lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife Beth, where he is engaged in the private practice of law with his son and daughter. In the early stages of his career he practiced criminal defense, including the defense of more than fifty homicide cases, one of which was the notorious Indiana Torture Trial. He has conducted internal investigations of State government as special counsel to three Indiana governors. His present practice is focused on civil litigation.
