After thirty-three and a half years in Pelican Bay State Prison in California, Gypsy was paroled back into society. As he road the bus back to San Joaquin, California, his thoughts turned back to the firing of the Moosburg shotgun twice into the side of the large ice cooler that they pushed from the boat into the water. A 'pushh' sound then pinkish-red foam and bubbles poured out through the holes. Big Mike had reached over the side of the boat, attached an ancher chain around whatever was inside, then tipped it over, spilling the contents into the dark water making a slight 'splunk' sound. Twigg turned just in time to see part of a pale white calf and foot slip out of sight into the inky water. Three may keep a secret if two are dead.
