About the Author Emil Mihelich was born and raised in Butte, Montana, and currently lives in Tacoma, Washington. He taught English for 18 years and also coached high school baseball and golf. He received his Master's degree from Gonzaga University in 1973, after serving two years as the Costello Teaching Fellow.
