In the futuristic story, Blacktrion: Desolation, Colin Remedios has created a fantasy world that is both thrilling and intriguing. There are two civilizations existing apart-the Endurobots and the Destructicons-that strengthen their position in the universe by creating a powerful alliance, known as the DuriTehk. When this DuriTehk alliance is confronted by a bitter enemy, the Blacktrion armada, the story becomes a metaphor for the dangers of war. The metaphor takes on an even more chilling meaning when the DuriTehk alliance is forced to engage in a second battle, this one culminating in interplanetary warfare against the Neo-Destructicon army. With two fronts under attack and deaths mounting, defense of the DuriTehk Central Command is uncertain. The novel unfolds to reveal highly imaginative and creative scenes, with such weapons as the powerful and unmanned DuriTehk Advanced Real Intelligence Fighter (DTARIF). There are Blacktrion Orbital Platforms and surprise attacks, major victories and devastating losses. Colin Remedios has created a fascinating, edge-of-the-seat allegory about the tragedies of war and the heroics of those who go to battle.
