Unfortunately, we can no longer assume that children will understand and honor the concepts of responsibility, respect, courage, kindness, and other positive charcter traits. This book offers a wonderfully unique approach to help students to better comprehend and practice these traits which are fundamental for success in school and throughout life. It offers one-of-a-kind detailed lesson plans (some of which include bulletin board ideas), parent letters, children's literature ideas, and reproducibles. It also features daily character-building statements that can be used throughout the school year. This book works great in conjunction with Donna's other book, 180 Days of Character.
