The study was aimed at examining the relationship between communication management and teachers task performance among secondary school teachers in Edo state. Seven (7) research questions and seven (7) null hypotheses which were formulated guided the investigation. The study employed a survey technique, based on ex - post - facto design, using a population of 5,035 teachers in secondary schools. A sample of 1,006 subjects was drawn using a stratified sampling technique. The data collected from 1,006 respondents and their cumulative grade point average (CGPA) for the 2005/2006 session were analyzed using Pearson (r) and regression analysis. Based on the results of data analyzed, the following major finding arose. There was significant relationship between communication management and teachers task performance in the secondary schools studied.
