Some chapters were written around the autumn of the year 2005, for which reason chapters on Thanksgiving and Christmas allow for a relevant discussion on who Jesus was, and what He taught. Each chapter ends with questions for reflection or group study, as well as a sample prayer. About the Author As the second son of nine children born to Gladys Armenda and David Samuel Bird, of Jamaica West Indies, I migrated to New York City in 1979, and later relocated to Florida in 1987. I am an author and teacher, who worships at Pinellas Community Church, and has coordinated and held teaching seminars for Prayer Ministry and mens Bible study. I also wrote the book Having a Sabbath with Jesus.Married, and as a blended family, I have two daughters and a son, two fine grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter. I earned a masters degree in Theology at International Seminary, and Im an ordained minister and member of International Seminary Ministerial Association.
