Differentiating Surgical Instruments, 3rd Edition and Surg Tech in Practice work together to help you master the seemingly overwhelming number of surgical instruments. This quick reference, spiral-bound text offers a close-up look at more than 800 cutting, clamping, grasping, retracting, and other instruments, along with brief descriptions. The full-color photographs show both the complete instrument and its tip to help you learn to distinguish among them. Surg Tech in Practice offers a wealth of online activities that make learning easier.Very helpful study guide. Of the several books I own on surgical instrumentation, this one has the most clear and useful pictures of the instruments. The spiral binding is student-friendly and the info on each picture is a helpful study guide. I would recommend this book to anyone trying to learn their instruments.-Amazon ReviewerAwesome book, a must read for all surgeons or surgeon techs and nurses. Great book.
