"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever."The message will never change. But the methods to present the message can and must change to reach a new realm of churchgoes.Futuring introduces a fresh metaphor for church leadership, that of working with "natives," tongtime church members who dutifully carry on as usual, and "immigrants," newcomers m obilized by compassion and community. The authors outline ten traits of effective leaders who go before both natives and immigrants. This vibrant, timely manual will help you recognize and respond to the trends that affect your ministry and will guide you as you move your flock out of the past and into the future.
