What do you do when your fifty thousand dollar assassin 's availability is suddenly called into question? For Detective Andrew Daisley, the options are few. Having already led his small group of tainted police officers past all lines of legality, he makes the unwise decision to take them a few steps further. In a desperate attempt to remedy their situation, his team of morally conflicted mavericks scramble to locate a replacement to perform the unsanctioned execution they now find themselves responsible for. Less than two days from a deadline that threatens more than their careers, they have one final chance to complete the task. The crude undercover officer; the mercurial detective; the emotionally fragile patrolman--each struggles with pieces of their past, hoping to bring their thirty-six hour odyssey to a successful conclusion.Due to circumstances that are constantly beyond their control, "success" could have many interpretations.
