This research investigated relative orbit determination of individual satellites within a cluster, focusing on instances whena maneuver has been detected or suspected. Developed using non-linear least squares estimation, the maneuver modelestimates magnitude, direction, and time of a suspected maneuver. Observations for the DirecTV 4S and AMC-4 satellitecollocation were obtained from the Air Force Maui Optical and Supercomputing (AMOS) site consisting of differentialright ascension and declination. Dynamics are modeled using Hill's equations.
