It describes a combination of trials and spiritual successes, taking us from our darkest moments to the enlightenment our spirit and empowering us to become the best possible people we are destined to be. As part of the collection, she also offers "Quotes for Your Day" which encourage us to think about how we approach life on a daily basis. At their core, the writings of My Spiritual Orgasm come from Cindy Harris-Saldat's experiences, emerging from the deepest part of her heart, soul and spirit. Changes When you believe, your world opens up Be glad for yesterday's trials For it makes us stronger For a brighter today And better changes for tomorrow You have the power within To make a choice and a change We learn by changes And grow by mistakes With belief all things are possible And good things don't always have to come to an end Rely on others But always count on yourself
