When her father manages to get her a job at his work, she of course takes it. There she meets an array of different people. Tyler is her boss, along with Glenda. They have secrets that are similar to Ashley's. When Ashley acts on instinct to protect them from a pallet that comes tumbling down from mid-air, it becomes clear to Tyler and Glenda that Ashley isn't normal. From then on, Tyler and Glenda slip into a subtle agreement to be protective of her. The mysterious incident peeks the interest of a military-funded research facility who uses the funds for its own off-the-book research into the unknown and threats start occurring - at first directed at Glenda, then moves to Tyler.Aden is a twenty-two-year-old test tube baby with a destiny that was set before he was even born. At the first taste of freedom, he disappears only to resurface six months later with a unique connection to Ashley, Tyler and Glenda. Armed with the trained instincts and now apart of his biological family, he and Ashley who also has a set destiny are put to the test when the facility starts to demand Aden's presence. Will Aden and Ashley accept their destinies?
