RV Tourist: Tips, Tools, and Stories gives you ? More detailed information ("adjust your mirrors" isn't sufficient) ? More varied information (all the topics you can imagine) ? Even more enjoyment (you can read the stories for fun even if you never set foot in an RV; if you are an RVer, you will see the Tips and Tools in action). RV Tourist includes the author's personal tips and experiences, with bullet points, details, and contact information, so you don't have to spend your time and money figuring it all out on your own. Elsi Dodge has done all this. She has been lost, traveled with friends, spent $4.20 a gallon for gas, continued to travel in spite of serious hip pain, and made memorable scrapbooks so she can remember the fun she had. You get Tools , checklists, and easy-to-use Tips. There's even a glossary of RV terms, so you know what she's talking about. And a comprehensive index allows you to find information in the book as well as locate all the places and resources mentioned. You'll meet her dog and cat, Lady and Dolphin, and her RVs, the Reluctant Draggin', the Travelin' Tortoise, and the Meandering Moose. You will have fun wandering around North America with Dodge and her menagerie.
