Psychologist Blue is at odds with Dr. Kantwell's bizarre treatment and its potentially devastating side-effects. She consults with Oscar's mother, and they conclude in secret that Jessica must follow Oscar into the prehistoric realm, where he also encounters Shea, an intriguing young tribal woman. Jessica and Oscar experience life-transforming adventures during their wildly surreal challenges. Finally, there is a question whether Oscar will return to his world, if in fact he can.
