A rich doctor who is an atheist falls in love with a plain and religiously conservative Amish woman. Diametrically opposite in so many ways at the start, they discuss religion and politics as they go through romantic, humorous, and poignant episodes in their courtship and marriage. The inspirational message on faith is timeless and gives hope even to the most hardened atheist who is looking for convincing evidence of God. Authentic references are presented in the discussion of selfish politics as the main reason for invading Iraq. While serving in the battlefield, the hero gets a first hand experience on the horrors and futility of a costly war that has caused widespread American and worldwide condemnation even as the President maintains an adamant stance on maintaining a war that seems to have no near end in sight. The brighter side of the story is the touching story of love between two people who envision a relationship that will last forever in a universe with no limits.
