Beecher Jones just wanted to live a peaceful life in the quiet, little town of Jefferson, MN. Get married. Have a child. Work as principal the local high school. Maybe write a book. And he did.Until that day.The day the fog attacked. The fiendish fog that haunts and hides. The fog where demons dance. The fog where sin and scandal stalk the innocent. On that unusually warm spring day in 1989, a blinding cloud engulfed the community, and, in a barrage of corruption, lust, and murder, Jeffersons long-concealed perversion revealed itself.Stunned by the human destruction around him, Beecher searches futilely for logical answers. In his weakest moment, he turns to the most unlikely sources for strength and resolve - Jeffersons broken-down, blue-eyed Indian Art Benson and a Hollywood screenwriter named Amanda Wilson.Together, the three will fight back against the evil assaulting the town with the only weapon in their possession. The Story. The Story that must be told.
