They Don't Need to Understand is the untold origin story of one of modern rocks most compelling young voices, from the struggles of adolescence to the triumph of connecting with millions of passionate fans worldwide.OVERVIEWBefore he was the charismatic frontman of Black Veil Brides and an accomplished solo artist under the Andy Black moniker, Andy Biersack was Andrew Dennis Biersack-an imaginative kid growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, wrestling with anxiety, loneliness, and the impossible task of fitting in.With his trademark charm, sharp wit, and deeply personal insights, Biersack traces his journey from staging miniature concerts with KISS action figures in his bedroom, to chasing his rock n roll dreams in Hollywood at eighteen-even when it meant living in his car.
