"Spirituality is not about being pious. It is about fully engaging life in whatever ways it presents itself." Nicole Christine's words are the essence of her courageous process described in this remarkably honest book. Nicole's commitment to heal childhood sexual wounds takes her beyond the confines of organized religion and social pretences. She finds inspiration in the figure of Mary Magdalene, whom she comes to know as a protectress of sexual wisdom and of sacred union between woman and man, Goddess and God. And she discovers a path to wholeness for herself and the women and men who would later take the path with her. With an open heart, Nicole invites the reader to join in the journey.
